We match your files to sessions automatically by filename. The better your files are named, the faster we can get started. Files we can't match may be delayed or delivered incorrectly.

The ideal format

[ProjectID]_[SessionID]_[TYPE].ext

Your Project ID is in your project dashboard. Your Session ID is your unique identifier for your session. Common Session IDs start with KEY (keynote) or BRK (breakout) and the session number, but any unique code works to tell sessions apart.

File Filename
Session recording FFP-UNBOUND26_KEY01_PROG.mp4
Presentation deck FFP-UNBOUND26_KEY01_DECK.pptx
Prompter script FFP-UNBOUND26_KEY01_PROMPTER.txt
Speaker camera (IMAG) FFP-UNBOUND26_KEY01_ISO_IMAG.mp4
Additional camera FFP-UNBOUND26_KEY01_ISO_CAM1.mp4
Slides ISO FFP-UNBOUND26_KEY01_ISO_SLIDES.mp4

For project-level assets (not specific to a session):

File Filename
Opening bumper FFP-UNBOUND26_BUMPER_OPEN.mp4
Closing bumper FFP-UNBOUND26_BUMPER_CLOSE.mp4
Music bed FFP-UNBOUND26_MUSIC.wav
Logo FFP-UNBOUND26_LOGO.png

If you can't follow this format

We can generally match files as long as the Session ID appears somewhere in the filename, but non-standard naming can slow down your project or lead to errors.

These would likely match, but aren't guaranteed:
  • KEY01_keynote_recording.mp4
  • Day1_KEY01.mov
  • KEY01.mp4

Files without Session IDs require manual matching, which adds time and increases the risk of mismatched content. The closer you can get to the recommended format, the faster and more accurate your project will be.
