Everything your post-production partner needs to make your conference sessions look and sound like your brand.
We know assets and specs for video can be confusing. Here's a quick rundown of what we recommend, and who on your team probably has it.
These are the project-level assets that we reuse across every session in your project.

If your AV partner is the source for bumpers and music and they don't have access to your dashboard, they can include those files in the Filemail upload alongside the session recordings. We'll sort them on our end.
These are the per-session files that change session to session. They go through the file transfer link in your kickoff email (also surfaced on the Upload page of your dashboard).

Copy, edit, and send to whoever has your files.
Hi [name],
We're working with our post-production partner, The Gyld, to edit video content from [event name]. They need the following assets by [date]. Could you pull together what you have and either send them to me or upload directly?
Brand assets [dashboard upload link]
Session content [file transfer link]
If you're sending everything from one place (for example, your AV partner is staging all the files), use the file transfer link for everything. We'll route it correctly on our end.
Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
Your Post-Production Supervisor is your point of contact for anything asset-related. If you're not sure whether you have something or what format it's in, just ask -- we're happy to take a look and let you know if it'll work.
